bei den würfen könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass die normen so sind weil es trotz der harten normen genug erfüller gibt. da sagt sich der DLV "warum eine 18m stoßerin mitnehmen wenn ich eine 20m stoßerin habe". außerdem lösen die harten normen auch den "logjam" im Speerwurf und Diskuswurf der Frauen wo wir jedes jahr 4-5 im Bereich 64+m haben. eine harte norm kann den DLV da auch vor unbequemen Entscheidungen schützen (normerfüller zuhause lassen).
Ich vermute, bei den Würfen ist es eine Mischung aus zwei Sachen:
1. Einige der harten Normen gerade in den technischen Disziplinen werden von der IAAF gefordert, da hat der DLV zunächst einmal keine andere Wahl. Das gilt allerdings nur für die WM. Bei Olympia könnte man zumindest von denen, die 2015 schon die A-Norm erfüllt haben, im Jahr 2016 seitens des DLV z.B. im Diskuswerfen der Männer irgendwas im Bereich von 64,50 Metern verlangen.
Und natürlich kann man immer sagen: "Wenn ihr mit 64 Metern plus X zu den Nachrückern gehört, seid ihr dabei." Da will ich dem DLV aber zugestehen, dass sie vorher nicht wissen können, welche Marke reicht und welche nicht.
2. In einigen Disziplinen scheint man nicht im Auge zu haben, in welche Richtung die internationale Tendenz geht. Im Kugelstoßen der Damen ist es ganz extrem. Aber auch die Normverschärfung im Dreisprung ist völlig überflüssig.
Was die Leistungsdichte innerhalb der Disziplinen angeht: Ich habe den Eindruck, dass das sehr wohl berücksichtigt wird. Aber irgendwo muss man halt auch Grenzen setzen.
