Wenn du eine Quelle für die russische Berichterstattung über diesen Prozess angeben würdest, wäre es einfacher was zur Sache zu sagen.
Du vermischst aber, so weit ich es einschätzen kann, zwei Dinge.
1) Die im Januar eingereichte Klage des russischen Verbandes ARAF bzw. von Ex-Cheftrainer Valentin Maslakov gegen die ARD/Seppelt bezog sich auf die erste Dokumentation. In dieser Dokumentation wurden Videos, schriftliche Beweise, Tondokumente und Zeugenaussagen zu Dopingvergehen russischer Trainer und Athleten vorgelegt. Diese sind, soweit man das anhand der Doku einschätzen kann belastbar/gerichtsfest.
2) In der zweiten Doku wird durchgängig von starken Verdachtsmomenten gesprochen, aber immer mit dem Zusatz, dass die Datenbank allein kein Doping beweist. Gegen die Inhalte dieser zweiten Doku wurde zwar vom russischen Verband protestiert, aber so weit ich weiß, keine Klage vor Gericht erhoben.
Interessant wäre also der konkrete Stand der Dinge im ersten Prozess - aber bitte mit Quellenangaben!
