Die Frage ist: was hätte die IAAF vor 2011 (Einführung des biologischen Passes) tun können/sollen außer dem (verstärkte Zielkontrollen) was sie ohnehin schon getan hat.
Die Unterstellung von ARD/ST ist ja, dass die IAAF untätig war. War sie das wirklich?
