Ich meine das nicht persönlich, aber da die Ausdauer bei Zehnkämpfern nicht speziell trainiert wird (mit Blick auf die 1500m) muss man mit dem "naturgegebenen" zurechtkommen.
Um mal einen Blick auf die Dimensionen zu werfen:
1500m in 4:30 entspricht nicht ganz dem Tempo für den aktuellen Marathon-Weltrekord
eine 4:20 ist etwa Halbmarathon WR-Tempo
eine 4:10 (es gibt Zehnkämpfer die sogar das schaffen…) entspricht knapp dem Weltrekordtempo über 10000m
Bei Zeiten unter 4:30 streichen sehr viele die Segel. (und ich bin ein Zehnkampf-Leichtgewicht mit 79kg gewesen, trotzdem war da bei mir auch Schluss. Als ich das Ausdauertraining forciert anfing konnte ich mal eine 4:12 laufen, im Sprint habe ich dafür aber fast eine Sekunde verloren…)
Es ist müßig und es gibt so herausragende Zehnkämpfer, die auch mit schlechteren 1500m-Zeiten den DR brechen könnten, ABER dann bräuchte es schon die Leistungen eines Brian Clay oder eines Ashton Eaton in den anderen 9 Diziplinen - die sehe ich hier in D aber bei niemandem. Demzufolge muss man die 1500m flott genug laufen (Schrader kann das, Abele auch, aber dem fehlen anderswo ein paar Punkte). Deshalb bleibe ich bei meinem Statement: DR traue ich derzeit nur Schrader zu - aber es kommt ja einiges an Nachwuchs (der hoffentlich gesund bleibt)
