Die 400 läufst du in die Sauerstoffschuld und einige können "da echt was ab", die 1500m läufst Du NICHT anareob, sprich die Sauerstoffschuld gehst Du erst zum Schluss ein, die letzten 200-400m, wobei 400m NACH 1100m flottem Lauf sehr ambitioniert sind.
Der Unterschied von 100 zu 400 klingt dramatischer als der von 400 zu 1500 - dem ist aber überhaupt nicht so! Über 400 tun die letzten 200 sehr weh, aber das geht solange man nicht völlig verkrampft, nehmen wir das Gleiche über 1500m musst Du die ersten 1300m "dein" Tempo laufen - schlecht, wenn "Dein Tempo" bei 4:50 liegt da noch viel heraus zu holen.
Ich bleibe dabei, den DR holt nur dann jemand, wenn er die 1500 in annähernd 4:20 laufen kann, die meisten können das nicht!
