Was muss Farah tun, um als GOAT (greatest of all time) der Langstrecken zu gelten? Wiederholt er sein Doppel in Peking und gewinnt in Rio noch eine Goldmedaille, steht er medaillentechnisch vor Gebrselassie und Bekele (die diesen Titel im Moment wohl für sich beanspruchen dürfen). Was ihm aber fehlt, sind Weltrekorde auf den Langstrecken. Der 2 Meilen Weltrekord ist ein erster Schritt, aber eben "nur" ein Hallenrekord auf einer selten gelaufenen Strecke.
Was er braucht, wäre also idealerweise ein WR über 5000 oder 10000m auf jeden Fall aber eine deutliche Steigerung seiner Bestzeiten auf diesen Strecken.
Das ist natürlich ein "Titel" über den sich Farah vermutlich kaum Gedanken macht, aber als Fan darf man doch gerne mal über sowas diskutieren.
