Weil es einen Unterschied macht, ob du mit 23 9.58 auf 100 m läufst und nicht auf einem Bein springen kannst oder ob du mit 14 11.5 auf 100 m läufst und ansonsten völlig unkoordiniert bist. im ersteren Fall hast du ausgesorgt (und natürlich ist Usain Bolt koordinativ Weltklasse), im zweiteren Fall bist du Landesspitze in der M14 aber wirst dich vermutlich nicht viel weiter entwickeln.
Leider ist es vor allem im Laufbereich, aus dem du ja kommst, oft (nicht immer!) der Fall, Koordination und sauberes Krafttraining völlig zu vernachlässigen, weil meist die Ausdauer alles richtet. Das auf technisichere Disziplinen zu übertragen, ist noch fataler.
