Nun bin ich erst einmal voll bei dir, dass die Inhalte auch im C-Trainer schon besser und nachhaltiger sein sollten. Allein: Die Leute haben jetzt schon kaum mehr Lust/Zeit, sich mehrere Wochenenden mit Inhalten zu beschäftigen. Und sie sitzen da z.T. auch sehr selektiv nach dem Motto "Disziplin XY brauch ich nicht, daddel ich auf meinem Handy rum". Und das sind schon die, die immerhin kommen. Ich wette 3/4 gehen erst gar nicht zu einer C-Trainer-Ausbildung, weil sie keine 4-5 Wochenenden "opfern".
Jetzt könnte man sagen: Alle, die das nicht wollen, bitte aussortieren. Bin ich bisweilen selbst sehr geneigt zu. Aber: Zum einen kann man zumindest andere Vereine nicht dazu zwingen. Und zum anderen findet dann kaum noch überhaupt Leichtathletik statt ohne diese Leute.
Zumindest bei uns im Landesverband habe ich den Eindruck, dass das, was derzeit im C-Trainer unterrichtet wird (soweit ich das indirekt durch die Berichte unserer Nachwuchstrainer beurteilen kann), schon oft deutlich sinnvoller und praxisnäher ist, als das, was mir damals aufgetischt wurde. Bei uns ist das allerdings nicht an Wochenenden, sondern dreimal 5 Tage unter der Woche, was viele Arbeitstätige natürlich noch mehr abschreckt.
Zum Thema Selektion: Einem angehenden Trainer, der nicht aus einem Verein kommt, in dem beispielsweise Stabhochsprung oder auch Hürdenlauf trainiert wird, und davon gibt es ja einige, wird selten im Rahmen eines solchen Lehrgangs genügend Kenntnisse erwerben können, es nachher sinnvoll anbieten zu können.
Zur B-Trainer Ausbildung: Dass es da wenig Nachfrage gibt, liegt aber auch teils an der unnötigen Selektion. Manche Verbände fordern ja Betreuung von Kaderathleten als Zulassungskriterium für den Lehrgang; das ist dann ja wieder mehr Belohnungssystem als wirkliche Förderung des Trainernachwuchs.
