Haben wir längst.
Trainingspläne kann er sicher lesen und er hat Ahnung wie man mit Athleten umgeht. Weil erfolgloser als die bestehenden Trainer kann er nicht sein. Gesa Krauses Trainer ausgenommen.
Im Triathlon braucht man Fighter Qualitäten in allen Disziplinen. Der DLV braucht jemand der auch all diese Software Dashboards verwaltet und organisiert.
Bevor wir uns falsch verstehen: Ich halte Dan Lorang für einen sehr guten Experten und bin auch sicher, dass er wertvolle Tipps geben kann. Allein: Wir arbeiten hier mit Menschen. Normal ist die Konstruktion jetzt schon häufig: Heimtrainer + Verbandstrainer der was dazu sagt. Wenn jetzt der Berater berät wird ist die Gefahr groß, dass der Athlet noch mehr verwirrt oder noch mehr gestritten wird. Deshalb braucht es klare Zuordnungen.
