In den letzten 20 Jahren liefen fünf deutsche Frauen unter zwei Minuten...trotz der hypothetischen Arbeit der hypothetischen dutzend Trainer.
Schmidt ist bei Buggel sicherlich nicht schlecht aufgehoben. Hering hat sich nicht weiterentwickelt, ist aber auch nicht abgestürzt.
Beim Wechsel damals von Hering ging es darum a) nochmal zu versuchen wieder auf 400 schneller zu werden (ob dies richtig oder falsch war sei dahin gestellt) und b) wieder wie früher in München eine Reihe starker Trainingspartnerinnen zu haben.
Volle Zustimmung! Man kann nicht immer von einem auf das andere schließen. Immer dieses nach Fehlern suchen und somit Ressourcen von Trainern zu ignorieren, macht die Situation in De auch nicht besser. Wir sollten eher ressourcenorientiert denken. Ich denke niemand würde auch sagen, dass ein 1500/ 800 Meter Athlet bei Buggel gut afgehoben sein muss. Aber Schmidt sieht es ja gut aus? Also warum immder diese Negativität?
