Alles sicher nicht falsch. Aber da sind wird dann wieder bei der Frage Fördersystem oder Belohnungssystem?
Unsere Trainer sind sicher nicht für bezahlt, gleichwohl sehe ich eher ein Problem in der Menge der Bezahlten als in Bezahlung der Einzelnen. Hier sehe ich nicht nur den Staat/die Verbände in der Bringschuld. Ein Problem ist doch, dass es bezahlte Trainerstellen fast nur beim Verband gibt (was auch dafür sorgt dass es wenige gibt, die vom Mainstream abweichen). Warum passiert da so wenig bei Vereinen, Wirtschaft, etc Wie kann man diese animieren?
Wenn ich beobachte, wie lange bzw. auch wie oft manche hauptamtliche Stellen ausgeschrieben sind, frage ich mich , wie groß denn die Nachfrage nach solchen Stellen ist? Könnte man denn die zusätzlichen Stellen überhaupt besetzen, wenn man sie schafft? Und vor allem flächendeckend und nicht nur an den Stützpunkten, wo es ohnehin schon viel Infrastruktur gibt?
Aber wenn es um Stellenfinanzierung geht, finde ich auch den Vergleich zu Musikschulen immer recht spannend. Die Finanzierung dort erfolgt zwar zur Hälfte aus öffentlichen Mitteln, aber ein nicht unerheblicher Teil der Kosten für die Lehrkräfte wird ja durch die Unterrichtsgebühren abgedeckt, die im Vergleich zu den Mitgliedsbeiträgen in Sportvereinen deutlich höher sind.
Auch in Fitnessstudios werden durch die Gebühren die Kosten für Personal und Instandhaltung abgedeckt. In England beispielsweise unterhalten viele Universitäten große Fitnesszentren, die sich selbst finanzieren und können dadurch ihren Leistungssportlern Krafträume und Athletiktrainer ohne Mehrkosten zur Verfügung stellen. Das gibt es ja auch in Deutschland immer wieder, dass Traditionsvereine eigene Fitnessstudios unterhalten und damit Einnahmen generieren, die in den Leistungssport investiert werden können.
Bei Sponsoring ist ja auch immer die Frage, was man als Gegenleistung bieten kann. Andere Sportarten haben ja deutlich höhere Medienwirksamkeit und insgesamt ist in der Leichtathletik als Individualsportart ja auch eher das Fördern von individuellen Sportlern verbreiteter als die Finanzierung einer Trainerstelle...
