Die Uni in unserer Stadt vergibt jedes Jahr im Rahmen ihrer Sportlehrerausbildung auch 10+ Trainer-C Lizenzen. Trotzdem hat jeder Verein im Stadtgebiet Probleme Trainer zu finden / halten. Aus anderen Unistädten höre ich Ähnliches. Das Problem scheint weniger das Training als die Wettkampfbetreuung zu sein: unentgeltlich (fast) jedes Wochenende den ganzen Tag unterwegs zu sein verträgt sich wohl nicht gut mit Studium und Nebenjobs.
Einen Fortbildungszwang in dem Sinne würde am Ende dann doch höchstens die Athletinnen und Athleten bestrafen, wenn die Trainer dem nicht nachkommen. Ich kenne genügend Trainer, auch bis zur A-Lizenz, die sich zwar zur Lizenzverlängerung fortbilden, aber die Zeit dann dort auch nur "absitzen", weil sie davon überzeugt sind, es besser zu wissen. Das wäre also keine Garantie für ein sinnvolles oder reflektiertes Training.
Sinnvoller fände ich, wenn Fortbildungen dezentral so flächendeckend und regelmäßig angeboten würden, dass alle interessierten Trainer (mit und ohne Lizenz) auch teilnehmen können, ohne sich Urlaub nehmen oder mehrere Stunden Fahrt zurücklegen zu müssen. In meinem Landesverband sind im Herbst über 10 Fortbildungen ausgeschrieben. Sehr schön. Die zwei, die ich innerhalb von 2h Fahrt erreichen könnte, sind unter der Woche. Wenn ich mit der Bahn anreisen wollte, müsste ich selbst bei einer Fahrt ohne Verspätungen, für alle übrigen am Vortag losfahren. Da müsste, genau wie bei Stützpunkten für Athletinnen und Athleten, ein flächendeckerendes Angebot gewährleistet werden.
Wenn man Zwang auf jemanden ausübt, dann doch lieber auf die Kreise, mindestens eine Fortbildung pro Jahr anzubieten.
Ich bin da mittlerweile zwiegespalten. Einerseits sollte alles erdenklich mögliche gemacht werden, um Aus- und Fortbildung möglichst günstig und flexibel anzubieten. Gleichzeitig vermisse ich bei vielen Coaches schon, den Willen. Wenn man eine sehr hochwertige Fortbildung nicht mitnimmt, weil man „an dem Wochenende mal Ruhe haben will“, mag das menschlich verständlich sein, aber es zeigt halt eben auch nicht, dass man den Invest geht für seine Athleten. Letztlich helfen jns Coaches, die an Wochenenden keine Zeit haben (sich keine nehmen) oder bei denen der zeitliche Input für das Training sich auf das Training geben beschränkt nur bis zu rinem gewissen Grad. Bei einigen glaube ich schon, dass leichter Druck hilft, weil zu selten der Anspruch auch von Vereinen gestellt wird, z.B. zu Deutschen Meisterschaften auch als Trainer mit zu fahren und sich fortzubilden. Da ist man froh „überhaupt jemanden zu haben“. Wir schicken Kinder zu Trainern, die „sich zumindest gelegentlich Zeit nehmen“, würden aber nie unsere Autos in eine Werkstatt geben, wo die Mechaniker keine Ausbildung haben, und immerhin etwas mit Autos tun.
Natürlich helfen Vorwürfe und Forderungen allein nicht. Deshalb: Rahmenbedingungen, Fördern und Fordern. Ich sehe Optionen in Bildungsurlaub, Partnerunternehmen oder Gewerkschaften, Rentenpunkten für ehrenamtliches Engagement… das sind Dinge, wo der DLV und der DOSB nicht müde werden dürfen, es einzuforden. Nicht nur mehr Geld für das Hauptamt.
