Hassen wird im world athletics Artikel folgendermaßen zitiert:

Ich kann mir nur schwer vorstellen, dass sie um die Medaillen mitlaufen kann - vielleicht noch em ehesten im Marathon. Mal sehn.


Das zeigt mir, dass wohl einige Mehrfachstarter:innen und Fußkranke Plätze belegen, die sie hinterher nicht nutzen.
Das wird alle ärgern, denen dadurch die Chance auf einen Olympiastsrt verwehrt wurde.
Ich bin wirklich gespannt, wieviel der Startplätz am Ende nicht besetzt werden.
