Ja klar: Grundlegende Kenntnisse sollten da sein. Aber zu der ursprünglichen Diskussion, ob ein normaler Trainer mit dem Begriff Diskuprolaps L5/S1 etwas anfangen können sollte, kann ich nur sagen, dass das weit an dem vorbei geht, was wirklich nötig ist. Ich glaube, es wäre schon unheimlich viel getan, wenn es mehr C-Trainer gäbe und die vor allem ihr Wissen auch umsetzen und nicht „frei Schnauze“ trainieren.
Dass es dann im Top-End Trainer geben muss, die sich mit Details beschäftigen (müssen), ist auch klar - aber den Anspruch darf niemand an den Vereinszrainer haben, der noch 40 Stunden arbeitet und vielleicht auch daneben noch ein Leben haben will.
