Wie wird die Aus- und Fortbildung verbessert, und wie sorgt man vor allem dafür, dass die Trainer/innen auch teilnehmen? Wie verbessert man die Qualität der Bundestrainer? Ein anderes Auswahlverfahren? Und was sind die Kriterien? Eigene Erfolge als Athlet, Trainer? Vielleicht doch auch sportwissenschaftlicher Background? Oder "Praktiker", was immer das ist?
Woher stammen diese hauptamtlichen Vereinstrainer? Wer bezahlt die? Wie viele Trainer sollen das denn sein, in welchen Altersbereichen? Wie kann ein Verein mit ein paar 100 Jugendlichen, und ein paar Dutzend Leistungsathleten sich die nötigen hauptamtlichen Vereinstrainer besorgen? Was für ein Profil sollen diese Profis haben, die hoffentlich über viele Jahre etwas aufbauen werden? Was für eine Ausbildung, Erfahrung, welchen Lohn sollen sie erhalten?
Und die ewige Diskussion zwischen Zentralisierung und "Trainerinnen und Trainer in Ruhe arbeiten lassen". Da geht es eben auch um beschränkte Mittel, und um gezielte und effiziente Kadermassnahmen.
Letztlich läuft für mich alles auf eine deutlich stärkere Professionalisierung hinaus, und dafür braucht es mehr als nur ein bisschen mehr Geld. Mit ein paar Anpassungen an den Strukturen ist es nicht getan.
