DAS sollte doch bzgl. der Fortbildungsqualität zu denken geben. Da werden seit 20 Jahren diesselben Übungen gezeigt und diesselben Sachen erzählt. Ablauf ist doch in 90% aller Fälle so: Morgens etwas Theorie, die schon längst bekannt ist (siehe weiter oben in meinem Post), danach zeigen irgendwelche AthletInnen ein paar Übungen die auch alle schon 1 Million mal gesehen haben. Manchmal kann man das Zeug selbst ausprobieren. Viele filmen einfach nur ab. Und diese "Experten" die bei uns oft Fortbildungen halten sind leider meistens keine. Wieso sollte man also zu Fortbildungen gehen?Dickes +1
