Man muss heiße Eisen anpacken!Ich glaube nicht, dass Geld der limitierende Faktor ist, sondern die Bereitschaft (bzw. zum Teil Möglichkeit) , Toptrainern entsprechende Freiheiten zu lassen: Ausländer in den Gruppen, Freiheit bei der Wahl der Trainingslager(orte), Freiheit beim Standort der TG. Gleichsam muss man fragen, welche Deutsche Athleten denn zu einem ausländischen Coach wollen. Wer ist wirklich bereit umzuziehen, etc.? Schon jetzt könnten wirklich gute Athleten ja zu ausländischen Coaches gehen, einige tun das ja auch.
Ich denke, das Problem ist eher ein anderes, was du beschreibst: "Bei diesen Entscheidungen sind Verursacher nicht einzubeziehen." Das Gegenteil ist doch der Fall. Wer saß jetzt in Darmstadt und hat über die "KaderplanunG" und Jugendarbeit gesprochen? Die DLV-Coaches. Es ist doch nur menschlich, dass die sich nicht zusammensetzen und zum Ergebnis kommen: Unsere eigene Arbeit war nicht gut. Stattdessen bekommt man dann als Vereinscoach aus diesen Kreis DInge an den Kopf geschleudert wie: "Ihr müsst mal mehr machen, damit wir mit besseren Talenten versorgt werden!"
Diejenigen, die nicht im Raum waren sind in meinen Augen diejenigen, die am dringensten angehört werden müssten. Die Trainer:innen und Vereine, die aktuell eben gerade keine Spitzenathleten hevrorbringen. Hier gilt es zu Fragen: Warum tut ihr das nicht? Was fehlt euch dafür?! Und da müsste man dann ansetzen. Ich habe jüngst an diesem Wochenende wieder mit zwei Trainern gesprochen, die tollte Arbeit leisten, Talente entdecken und weiterentwickeln. Beide kurz davor hinzuschmeißen. Sie sagen: Was wir bräuchten wäre zumindest 25% Anstellung oder Vergleichbares, damit wir der Aufgabe ersthaft nachkommen können. Aber nein: Keine Chance. Und somit fallen wieder talentierte, motivierte Trainer und Standorte weg, während man in Darmstadt darüber berät, warum man nicht mit Talenten "versorgt" wird...
Ehrlich gesagt, haben die beiden Kollegen auch eher von 50 % gesprochen. Was sie meinten: Wenn mir jemand einen Teil meiner Lohnarbeit wegnehmen kann und ich dennoch Miete und KiTa bezahlen kann, dann leiste ich nebenher 40+h/ Woche zum Preis von 10-20 im Sport!
