Nein, auch da muss ich widersprechen. Ich habe Übungen von ihm gesehen, in denen er an Hantel nicht gerade gut aussieht und einer seiner "Knackpunkte" einfach schlecht trainiert wird. Er verwendet dabei auch ein für ihn schlechtes Gerät. Er hat zwei "Klippen" in seiner Orthopädie, die nicht entsprechend berücksichtigt werden - trotz der ansonsten wohl guten Physiotherapie. Ich bin da sehr akribisch. Ich habe viele AuA auf absolutem Weltklasseniveau durchgecheckt. Die Ergebnisse sind nicht immer zufriedenstellend, weil Referenzwerte teilweise erheblich überschritten oder Körperregionen einfach schlecht und unangemessen trainiert werden.
Wenn z.B. Regionen "unbewusst" oder ohne entsprechende Kenntnisse für sehr hohe Belastungen nicht geeignet sind und permanent im "Sandwichverfahren" mittrainiert werden, muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn es zu Ausfallzeiten kommt. Nur sieht das Procedere dann bei uns so aus: Man macht diese bedingten Pausen und danach genauso mit demselben Übungsgut weiter, weil man es nicht anders weiß und kennt.
