Ehemalige Athletin von mir (Ärztin) "Das ist doch Körperverletzung, was der da macht, ich geh da jetzt rüber." wird sind beide nicht gegangen...Danke. Ich hab mich hier selbst zu oft verhaspelt.
Zur Grundfrage treibt mich um, ob wir den Umfang im Grundlagentraining steigern müssten, um die mangelnde Bewegungserfahrung auszugleichen. Ich habe keine Belege, glaube aber, dass Talente sich besonders oft verletzen, weil ihre Körper im Verhältnis zu früher nicht genug Bewegungserfahrung haben und auch eine unzureichende Belastungsanpassung. Wir sind früher als kleine Jungs von Dächern gesprungen, auf die wir illegal geklettert waren. Das würde ich so nicht in die Neufassung des RTP schreiben, aber vielleicht war das für irgendwas gut... Wir machen hier zumindest gerade im Grundlagentraining mehr (dosierte) Einheiten, als ich früher habe machen lassen, und mir scheint das gut.
Ich bin voll bei dir, wir müssen mehr Bewegung anbieten. Gerade im Ausdauer-Bereich passierte "früher" viel von allein. außerhalb des Trainings, weshalb auf Ausdauerspiele verzichtet werden konnte und Leichtathletik fast nur Sprint, Wurf, Sprung war. Ich glaube heute müssen wir alles spaß- und altersgerecht ins Training integrieren. Wenn ich sehe, wie die großen Gruppen teilweise minutenlang an der Weitsprunggrube stehen in der U12/14, bis sie wieder Springen und das mit Basketballtraining vergleiche, wo immer Action ist.
Was das aufeinander zugehen angeht: Auch das stimmt. Ich merke aber dass dies oft sehr schwer ist. Nicht nur will man eigentlich sich nicht in die Belange anderer Trainer einmischen, auch schalten die wenn man es tut schnell auf Durchzug. Ich frage mich, ob das Leichtathletik-spezifisch ist, dass "wir" alle denken, wir wissen es besser. Der sehr verbreitete Unwille zur Fortbildung und zum Austausch, der hier ja auch schon mehrfach durchlang, macht mich auch sehr ratlos.
