Imo ist der Föderalismus in Deutschland ein großer Nachteil.
Dadurch wird nämlich ein zentralismus wie in holland wo alle Kräfte gebündelt werden verhindert. Andererseits hat man aber auch kein privatrainer System wie in den usa wo alle coaches quasi privat sind (college oder private heimtrainer was viel Innovation und neues bringt) weil jedes Bundesland ihren eigenen Stützpunkt rechtfertigen muss.
Hier hat man imo das schlechteste aus beiden Welten, nicht die Innovation eines privattrainer Systems, aber auch nicht die Kräftebündelung eines echten zentralsystems.
Ich will nicht sagen das die Stützpunkte schlecht arbeiten, aber es ist halt irgendwo nicht optimal.
