Die Trainerausbildung ist meiner Meinung nach eines der Hauptprobleme (sowohl an der Basis, als auch im Top-Bereich). Es wurde offenbar u.a. versäumt, das Wissen der „alten“ Trainer an junge, talentierte Trainer weiterzugeben. Wieso man nicht in der Lage ist selbst innovativ zu sein und permanent internationale Trends und Entwicklungen verpennt ist mir ein Rätsel.

Das andere ist dad Bundestrainer mehr Fortbildungen geben sollten. Die sind fachlich durchaus fast alle sehr gut, zumindest können sie der Basis sicher wissen weitergeben. Gleichzeitig lernt man übrigens auch selbst als Referent durch den Austausch immer. Das wäre auch ein Vorteil wenn die Trainer mehr Fortbildungen geben, sie kämen häufigen in den Austausch mit der Basis.
