Bei uns kommen zu wenige von den Talenten ganz oben an, weil einfach zu viele Ausfälle passieren. Man arbeitet hier in jungen Jahren oft in der Prophylaxe aus meiner Sicht nicht akribisch genug und somit fehlt einfach die strukturelle Feinarbeit.
Man kann nur hoffen, dass das ständige "Nerven" von Getrud irgendwann seine Wirkung zeigt. Ich errinnere nur an die Diskussionen um Sosna.
Danke, ich werde irgendwann mal ganz ausführlich darauf antworten. Momentan habe ich selbst einige Belastungen zu stemmen.
Ich unterstelle nicht, dass man beim DLV total betriebsblind ist. Es gibt sicherlich offene Türen. Ich habe vor 30 (!!!) Jahren bereits in Mainz auf diese Misere im Kenntnisstand der TuT darauf massiv bei einem meiner Vorträge hingewiesen. Man hat mich damals seitens der TuT überhört.
Dann habe ich mein eigenes Ding ohne viel Reibungsverlust gemacht und mir unglaublich viel angeeignet. Ich habe in meinem Fundus fast alles umgekrempelt. Bis heute fahre ich zu neurophysiologischen unentgeltlichen Fortbildungen. Dort gab es einen Sport-Professor, dem ich bei einer anatomischen "Neuheit" die Jahreszahl genannt habe. Er hat mich bei seinem Vortrag immer wieder angeschaut und gedacht: "Wer ist diese in die Jahre gekommene Frau?" Ich möchte diese Leidenschaft, die mich seit Jahren antreibt, einfach empfehlen, damit wir unsere Schützlinge möglichst verletzungsfrei nach oben begleiten können.
Das Bewegungsschulen unserer TuT muss einen breiten Rahmen bekommen. Ich habe beim DLV-Hürden-Lehrgang in Kaiserau gemerkt, dass keiner der anderen TuT auf die unglaubliche Innenrotation bei Hawa Jalloh geachtet hat. Ich habe nur gesagt: "Wie lange soll sie so durchkommen?!" Ich sehe auch die Verletzungen bei Malaika Mihambo in dem vernachlässigten Kontext, auch den vierfachen Bänderriss von Wester. Das sind Inhalte, die auf das "Tablett" gehören. Man kann die Statik, die nicht der Norm entspricht, sanft korrigieren, allerdings nicht mehr alles nachholen, was im Kindesalter vernachlässigt worden ist. Dazu kann "Chirurg" den fachlichen Hintergrund sehr gut geben.
Wir müssen Kinder und Jugendliche in jeder Hinsicht "stark machen". Der DLV sollte in einigen Maßnahmen umschwenken, damit er auch solche wertvollen Menschen wie Harald Schmid integriert, sein Wissen nutzt und damit man nicht 40 bis 50 Jahre auf die Verbesserung des DR im 400m-Hürdenlaufes warten muss:
