15.1 If an Athlete
   15.1.1 is found by either the Referee or Shoe Control Officer to be wearing an Athletic Shoe that does not 
             comply with these Regulations; or

   15.1.2 does not comply with any direction or instruction of the Referee under these Regulations; or

   15.1.3 does not present themselves to Shoe Control when requested;

the Athlete may be disqualified.
