Olympia ist Chefsache - so etwas kommt vom Präsident und Sportminister aber sicher nicht vom DOSB.
Deutschland hat ein schlechtes Standing beim IOC und deren Fachverbänden auch sehr wenig eigenes Personal die einen Verband führen. Wenn man bedenkt, dass Berlin 2000 gerade mal 9 Stimmen erhielt. Sydney 30 und Peking 32 oder so.
Alle Deutschen Projekte seit 1992 hatte nie mehr als eine 30% Chance.
Berlin gilt als extrem inkompetent und die Anlagen sind komplett veraltet.
Die hätten gegen Kasan oder Nanjing schon keine Chance geschweige denn gegen Paris oder San Francisco.
Die Sportindustrie braucht neue Märkte und die sind nicht im Westen.
Kosten Olympia geht nicht unter 10 Mia. (Anlagen und Organisation ohne Infrastruktur) wer etwas anderes behauptet war in den letzten 30 Jahren in den Ferien. Toyko, Seoul, Atlanta, Sydney stehen für herausragende Wettkämpfe und Venues.
