St Petersburg, Paris, Istanbul haben Zahlen im Bereich von 100'000 Betten und mehr.
Die Hauptproblematik bei den Rückbauten besteht darin, dass man z.B Beach Volleyball mit 7500 und 15000 Zuschauern auf 2 Plätzen bauen muss um Geld zu generieren. Dass diese Anlage aber nachher einfach niemand mehr braucht. Das ist mit Baseball, Pfeilbogenschiessen etc überall ähnlich.
In einer Stadt wie LA oder San Francisco inkl. Umfeld Oakland ist das ganz anders. Dort stehen schon 3 grosse Stadien - mehrere Hallen im 15'000 er Bereich und auch viele "Kleinanlagen" die wir nicht mal zur Kenntnis nehmen die aber jederzeit ausreichen um Judo, Boxen abzuwickeln. Hallen wie das SAP Center in San Jose gibt es in Deutschland nicht. Fläche 42000 m2
Man benötigt primär ein stringentes 15 Jahres Finanzierungskonzept für alle Anlagen bei einer Olympia. Man muss exakt wissen was nachher noch benötigt wird.
