Es ist in allen Sportarten das Gleiche. Der gefährliche Testunsinn verschlingt Ressourcen und gefährdet Karrieren. Im Rudern zählt die Wettkampfleistung übrigens gar nicht mehr. (wirklich: gar nicht!) Insofern kann es noch schlimmer kommen, wenn wir uns nicht wehren.
Zur Grundfrage stimme ich Dir in sehr vielem zu, nur sollten wir auch hier nach Disziplinen differenzieren. Wie viele Athlet:innen ein Bundes(-stützpunkt)trainer vor Ort sinnvoll betreuen kann, hängt an zahlreichen Parametern: Charakter (und tatsächlich auch Geschlecht) des/r Trainer:in und der Athlet:innen, Disziplin (eine Laufgruppe braucht Augenhöhe, im Sprint hilft das auch, im Mehrkampf helfen Trainingspartner:innen in kompatiblen Disziplinen manchmal mehr), Bedingungen, Trainingsalter, Wettkampfhäufigkeit... Auch deswegen braucht es für jede Athletin individuelle Lösungen, auf ihre Bedürfnisse angepasst. Dafür gibt es kein Schema f und mir scheint, das ist auch gut so.
