Er versteht nicht, warum die Topathleten in D nicht gemeinsam an einem Ort trainieren.

Ansatz ist ausgelegt auf Schnelligkeit, Kraft und Ausdauer. Mittlere Intensitäten bringen einen nicht wirklich weiter. Also hohe Intensitäten bei Kraft und Schnelligkeit und hohe Umfänge bei niedrigen Intensitäten, dazu so gut wie gar nix dazwischen.
Der Ansatz auf Schnelligkeit, Kraft und Ausdauer hat sich bewährt. Das ist kein Geheimnis für solche TuT, die sich international fortbilden, indem man Ansätze und Durchführungen erfolgreicher Teams inspiziert.
Es führen auch heute noch viele Wege in der gesamten Handhabung nach Rom. Neue Wege etablieren sich durchaus, wenn es auch unterschiedliche erfolgreiche Teams in einem Land gibt. Ich selbst favorisiere nicht für jeden einen Erfolgsweg. Es gibt ganz unterschiedlich gelagerte Erfolgsteams.
