Die 5 sec. wurden ja auf der ersten Runde verloren, danach hat Caune ca. 2:55 pace vorgegeben. Natürlich weiß man nicht, ob es gereicht hätte, aber Koko hätte nach ca. 400-600 vorgehen können, statt nach 1000m. Wobei der Effekt so erstmal stärker schien, da das Feld ein bißchen überrascht schien und zuerst eine deutliche Lücke aufgegangen war.
"Sicher" ist hier m.E. nichts und hinterher ist man bekanntlich immer schlauer. Ich sehe nicht, warum man hätte erwarten sollen, dass Klein bei gleichmäßig 2:51-52 pace vor zwei Wochen am Ende fast zwei Sekunden gegen Koko verliert, gestern aber gewinnen kann. (Bei der DM wurde das 1500m Rennen 3 Tage vorher angeführt, aber das kann eigentlich nicht mehr ausmachen als ein 3000m VL etwa 24 h vorher.)
Und auch nicht, dass Koko 3mal 3000m nahezu gleich schnell läuft, trotz unterschiedlicher Rennverläufe und Abstand zum Höhentraining; normalerweise hätte das erste Rennen einen Tag nach Anreise das schlechteste sein müssen, nicht das beste, oder?
