Das ist allerdings "nur" bei Europa- und Weltmeisterschaften der Fall und bei Olympischen Spielen nicht. Allerdings gibt es auch bei Olympia zahlreiche Wettbewerbe, wo keine Bronzemedaillen verteilt werden (z.B. im Boxen).
Und wie gesagt, zwei Olympiasieger z.B. im Schwimmen oder Ski Alpin kann jederzeit passieren, und ist es auch schon. Und mir soll keiner erzählen, dass man bei der aktuellen Technik nicht die Möglichkeit hat, die Zeiten da noch genauer zu bestimmen.
Nebenbei: Eine Möglichkeit, identische Ergebnisse im Hoch- oder Stabhochsprung seltener zu machen wäre, wenn es keine vorher festgelegten Höhen mehr gibt, sondern dem Athleten die freie Wahl gelassen wird. Eventuell mit mindestens zwei bzw. fünf Zentimeter Unterschied zu seiner vorher gesprungenen Höhe.
