Wir brauchen in der Einzelsportart Leichtathletik wieder eine Konkurrenzatmosphäre und keinen übergeordneten Teamgedanken. Wir spielen nicht Fußball. Die AuA brauchen ein funktionierendes Team zu Hause. Es ist doch ein Witz, wenn ich als Trainerin einer Topathletin der Konkurrenz mein Wissen auf dem Tablett serviere und die Trainer Däumchen drehen oder an jedem Buffet zu finden sind. Gelegentliche Diskussionen finden natürlich statt.
Unsere AuA lernen überhaupt nicht mehr, die Messer auszufahren (im übertragenen Sinne natürlich). Sie sollen dann eine Fähigkeit abrufen, die sie überhaupt nicht gelernt haben. Ich sage das mal so plakativ: "Mir ist der Athlet, der aus den Slums kommt und den Kampf gelernt hat lieber als der "Prinz", der mit dem goldenen Löffel geboren wurde." Mit dem kann man durch dick und dünn gehen. Solche Fähigkeiten lernen unsere Kinder heute kaum noch.
Ich habe eine sehr harte Schule gehabt. Ich erwarte heute noch nicht, dass der DLV mir den Wissenservice in allen Facetten machen muss. Ich gehe selbst an die Front und investiere mein eigenes Geld in Fachliteratur und Spezialgeräte, womit andere lieber in den Urlaub fahren. Wir müssen in vielen Bereichen wieder mehr zur Selbstverantwortung kommen. Wir müssen auch die Schützlinge so erziehen, dass sie selbstbewusst und selbstverantwortlich auf internationalem Parkett agieren lernen. Das kann natürlich nicht immer auf Anhieb gelingen. Bei mir wird es zukünftig beim Training z.B. Freunde und Familienmitglieder permanent nicht geben, gelegentlich natürlich. Sie können sich Marl ansehen oder auf der Tribüne stricken , aber nicht das Training irgendwie beeinflussen. Viele Köche verderben den Brei!!! Es gilt, den Fokus zu lernen.
