Wenn man so will, ist die Bewegung vom Block weg eine azyklische Bewegung, die auch unterschiedlich strukturelle Erfordernisse für die Hamstringanteile mit sich bringt, wobei die unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeitsmaxima differieren und Auswirkungen haben. Auch unterscheidet sich die Verletzungsproblematik daher in dem Abschnitt unilateral erheblich.
Es ist bei Gina entscheidend, auf welchem Streckenabschnitt oder bei welcher Übung überhaupt das Gefühl aufkam, hier prophylaktisch zu reagieren. Es gibt folglich nicht nur eine Frage, daher auch nicht nur eine Antwort hinsichtlich der Eingrenzung. Zudem muss die Problematik nicht nur auf eine Struktur und einen Körperbereich begrenzt sein. Man kann manchmal durch Korrektur nur eines begrenzten Gebietes die Lage entschärfen. Man muss es nur wissen. Es geht hier um Kontrolle der Eingrenzungen als Verletzungsprophylaxe.
