Kraft wird eher übergewichtet und dann wirft ei er fast aus dem Stand den Diskus 42 m.
Die Schwächen haben oft damit zu tun, dass man die geeigneten Techniken und die geeigneten und alternativen Übungen nicht kennt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob solche Inhalte in den Trainerscheinen abgeprüft werden.
Für die fehlende Treffsicherheit beim Absprung im Weitsprung und dann im Hochsprung mit gleitendem Abstand muss man schon alle Register ziehen, um eine Genauigkeit zu erreichen. Es kommt sogar vor, dass auch Top-AuA nicht gewillt sind, Genauigkeit zu zelebrieren. Ich lasse solche Leute heute vor die Pumpe laufen. Solche Erfahrungen regeln vieles. Es fehlt dann die spezifische Intelligenz.
Kraft wird falsch gewichtet. Das heißt, dass nicht das richtige, punkgenaue und verletzungsverhindernde Übungspotential angewendet wird. Ich habe letztens noch einen in den USA erfolgreichen Trainer im Krafttraining unter die Lupe genommen. Ich sage, dass manche AuA trotz ihrer Trainer gut sind. Nur wenn man dann richtig die Verletzungsträchtigkeit betrachtet, wird man fündig. Ich recherchiere viel und sehr akribisch.
Ich bemühe mich, Fehler nicht zu wiederholen. Ich würde im Mehrkampf immer alleine hier vor Ort betreuen oder mit einem Trainer gemeinsam arbeiten, den ich ganz genau kenne oder mit dem ich schon bei Sabine gut kooperiert habe. Ich würde auch nie mehr AuA übernehmen, die nur in eingefahreren Bahnen trainieren können. Wir haben damals bei Sabine Übungen entwickelt, die technisch und kraftmäßig punktgenau angewendet wurden. Wir haben z. B. auch technische Übereinstimmungen in den Disziplinen bewusst trainiert. Aus dem Grunde wundert mich manchmal, dass AuA in verwandten Disziplinen unterschiedlich gut sind. Die Schulung bestimmter Pattern ist dann nicht trainiert worden. Das fiel mir heute bei den Männern so stark auf.
Ich stelle heute nur zwei Fragen:
1. Was haben die TL im Ausland für einige der AuA gebracht?
2. War das Team leistungsmäßig hilfreich?
Vielleicht lässt man einigen demnächst doch gerne ihre individuellen Eigenarten, die sicherlich nicht gegen den DLV gerichtet sind, aber auch erfolgreich sein können.
