Tim Nowak wird dieses Jahr erst 27 Jahre alt und ist somit im besten Zehnkampfalter. Hier gibt es auch eine negative Entwicklung bezüglich der Geschwindigkeit.
Ich würde wünschen, dass man solche Sachen bei den Fortbildungen mal hart diskutiert. Es gibt sicherlich einige Wege nach Rom; aber über die große Autobahn kommen fast alle über die Geschwindigkeit nach Rom. Das ist Fakt. Nun hat Niklas enorme Stärken im Speerwurf und im 1500m-Lauf und diese sicherlich auch durch Fleiß erworben. Auch der Hochsprung ist normalerweise gut. Ich habe auch angenommen, dass er sich im Stabhochsprung auf 5,20m bis 5,30m steigert. Wir stecken nicht in ihm drin. Er ist natürlich auch durch das Studium belastet.
Ob man nun mit jeder Athletin oder jedem Athleten den Weg über die harten konditionellen Programme gehen muss, stelle ich mal so in den Raum. Da fehlt mir die Überzeugung. Es kommt auch ganz auf die Programme an.
Ich vertrete immer eher individuelle Wege anhand der vorliegenden Fähigkeiten.
