Klingt für mich ähnlich wie das was Clyde Hart mit seinen Leuten trainiert hat. Diese Dinge sind also seit Jahrzehnten bekannt. Ich reite da in den entsprechenden Threads im Forum auch seit Jahren drauf rum, dass die 400m aerober sind als viele beim DLV anscheinend immer noch denken.
Ich habe ein Diagramm auf meinem Tisch liegen, das die Stoffwechselparameter über 400m deutlich in den einzelnen Etappen zeigt. Danach weiß man genau, in welchen Bereichen man trainieren muss.
Es gibt einen hervorragenden Wissenschaftler 100km von mir entfernt, den man total übersieht. Ich kenne zwei hervorragende Trainer in dem Bereich, die aber nicht tätig sind. Wenn ich das weiß, warum weiß man das höheren Ortes anscheinend oder scheinbar ( ) nicht? Ich glaube auch, dass Harald Schmid sich sehr gut auskennt. Laurent Meuwly hat mit seiner Aussage recht, wenn in Deutschland so trainiert wird. Auch in Leverkusen gabe es damals viele gute 400m-Athleten unter Bertl Sumser und Bernd Knut.
