Muskelfaserriss in der linken Wade und damit das Ende aller Olympia Träume. Er konzentriert sich jetzt auf das nächste Jahr mit WM und EM.
Oft äußern sich Wadenprobleme danach als "versteckte" Achillessehnenprobleme (siehe Jennifer Oeser!). Sie "rutschen" manchmal später nach unten. Es gibt dafür gute Fachleute. Das kann so sein, muss aber nicht! Es ist ein sehr komplexes Gebiet, da der mediale und laterale Anteil aufgrund unterschiedlicher Ursachen nicht in der Kraftbalance sein muss und dann Probleme auf Dauer macht. Das kann schon entstehen, wenn die Achillessehne durch ihre drei Anteile nicht leicht supinatorisch arbeitet. Zu dieser Kraftbalance gehört auch noch der m. soleus.

Jetzt muss man sich dazu nur vorstellen, dass solche Athleten noch im Gelände bei unebenem Boden oder auf seitlich abschüssigen Straßen bei der Instabilität trainieren. Das ist "Materialprobe pur"!!! Ich habe zig solcher Dateien auf nationalem und internationalem Terrain disziplinübergreifend katalogisiert und mache darauf manchmal in Vorträgen mit meinen Abhilfen durch meinen großen Wissenshintergrund aufmerksam.
