1) Andere Nationen machen aus einem kleineren Talentpool deutlich mehr.
2) In anderen Disziplinen (z.B. Speerwurf Männer oder Dreisprung) hat man sich verbessert.
3) Alle anderen westlichen Nationen haben sehr wahrscheinlich das gleiche Problem.
4) Im Schwimmen z.B. hat man ebenfalls einen kleineren Talentpool und hat sich trotzdem in den letzten Jahren verbessert.
Wenn ich z.B. sehe, dass in Deutschland gefühlt 100 Jahre später als im Rest der Welt auf Drehstoß umgestellt wurde, dann frage ich mich, wie professionell in anderen Bereichen gearbeitet wird. Der Talentpool hat auch nichts damit zu tun, wenn gefühlt die Hälfte Athleten ständig verletzt sind. Man sollte sich erst einmal um die Bereiche kümmern, die man selbst beeinflussen kann, denn selbst dort gibt es unfassbar viel Verbesserungspotential.
1) Welche Nation ist auf längere Sicht jenseits individueller Karrieren erfolgreicher? Woher weißt du, ob der Talentpool kleiner ist?
2) Im Vergleich zu was hat man sich verbessert? Zur Lage vor 5, 10 oder 40 Jahren?
3) Bin ich mir nicht sicher. Der soziale Anreiz für Sportler mit Migrationshintergrund scheint dort größer zu sein.
4) Kann sein, ich würde aber erstmal nach Olympia die Medaillen beider Sportarten vergleichen.
Nicht dass mir der DLV jetzt ne Stelle anbietet. Der Verband selbst ist in den seltensten Fällen für sportliche Erfolge verantwortlich.
2) Ich denke nicht, dass man in den letzten Jahrzehnten im Speerwurf der Männer oder im Dreisprung besser war. Wenn der Talentpool schrumpft, dann wahrscheinlich in allen Disziplinen ähnlich stark. Die Tatsache, dass man in manchen Disziplinen trotzdem stärker geworden ist, zeigt dass es kein Naturgesetz ist, dass man bei kleinerem Talentpool schlechter werden muss.

3b) Haben alle Leichtathleten oder auch nur die Mehrheit Migrationshintergrund oder warum genau bringst du das jetzt ein?
4) Bei einem Ereignis kann immer viel passieren. Objektiv betrachtet ist das deutsche Schwimmen so gut aufgestellt wie seit mindestens 10 Jahren nicht mehr und das hat Gründe. Andere Verbände könnten sich eventuell etwas von der Entwicklung im DSV abschauen.
