Verweigertes Krafttraining ist ähnlich gelagert - außer im Wurf aber kann man ja sehr oft die Hypertrophie meiden bzw. möglichst gering halten. Wer sich aber körperlich nicht muskulös sehen will, entscheidet sich gegen den Leistungssport, das ist auch ok, aber eben eine Entscheidung.
