Bin hier so zufällig reingerutscht...ohne jetzt für jemanden eine Lanze brechen zu wollen, warum soll es bitte schön nicht möglich sein, das jemand, ob er nun 40 oder 50 ist (egal) 6 KM Dauerlauf mit einer Herzfrequenz von 170 laufen können sollte?
Selbst unter hoch trainierten Läufern gibt es Hochpulser. Auf der einen Seite hatte ich bei einem etwa 30 jährigen mit Bestleistung über 5000 von 13:03. Der hatte bei Belastung sehr niedrige Herzfrequenzen, der lief Dauerlauftempo 3:40 den Kilometer mit 120-125, Maximalausbelastungswerte hatte ich keine vorliegen, vermute aber der kam max. nicht viel über 160, und auf der anderen Seite jemanden mit 12:54 auf 5000 Meter, auch über 30 Jahre, der machte seinen Schwellenlauf (knapp unterhalb der aerob/anaeroben Schwelle mit um die 180 HF, hatte bei einem 5000 Meter Vorlauf (DM) eine Minute über Bestzeit Durchschnittswerte weit über 190 mit Spitze so um 205.
Also das Spektrum der maximalen Herzfrequenz, damit auch, welche Herzfrequenzen denn nun mit welchen Trainingsintensitäten korrespondieren, ist sehr breit. Die beiden Protagonisten lagen bei fast gleichem Alter, ähnlichem Leistungsvermögen, gut 40 Herzschläge auseinander. Faustformeln sind eben nicht individuell.
Zu guter letzt eigene Werte allerdings erst mehrere Jahre nach dem Höchstleistungsalter, aber ambitioniert noch etwas bei den Senioren. Maximalfrequenz mit 42 Jahren war 178-179. (da passte ja die Formel )
Marathon bin ich gelaufen mit Durchschnitt 162, letzten 10 km zwischen 164 und 169 HF. Jahr darauf mal innerhalb von 3 Monaten jeweils maximal gelaufen im Wettkampf 800, 1000, 3000, 5000 und Halbmarathon. Höchste HF bei diesen Wettkämpfen war im 3000 Meterlauf (!) Schnitt 174, max. 178. Halbmarathon wurde im Schnitt mit 167-168 gelaufen, Spitze 173. Im 800 Meterlauf (relativ die schwächste Disziplin) war die HFmax 172 (!). (vielleicht, Überlegung im Nachgang, hätte ich vor dem 800 Meterlauf eine Vorbelastung einbauen müssen wie 200 Meter im Renntempo um vielleicht das "System" schon besser auf den 800`vorbereitet zu haben).
Meine Werte waren für einen trainierten Ausdauerseniorensportler nun wirklich keinesfalls außergewöhnlich vielleicht mit der Enschränkung das der hoch anaerobe Bereich nicht so geliebt war.
(Bevor hier jemand Werte insgesamt anzweifelt, die wurden NICHT palpatorisch erhoben, sondern mit Herzfrequenzmessgeräten, die EKG-genau die Herzfrequenzen erfassten und nicht nur bei wenigen ausgewählten Probanden oder Athleten, sondern tausendfach bei unterschiedlichsten Belastungsformen).
