zwischen den Durchgängen? Wenn ein Durchgang ohne Pausen nach diesen Plänen (vor allen für die Langstrecke) durchgeführt wird, sollte man sich als Übungsleiter Gedanken machen, ob er nicht möglicherweise eines Tages wegen fahrlässiger Körperverletzung vor den Kadi gezerrt werden kann.
Selbst bei nur relativ kurzen Pausen von jeweis 1 min. zwischen den einzelnen Übungen und bei z.B. 7 Durchgängen mit jeweils 7 min Pause würden die Zirkel ohne das Aufwärmen und Auslaufen etwa 3 Stunden dauern (hab das auf die Schnelle überschlagen).
Auch wenn die aufgeführten Pläne von einem ehem. italienischen Nationaltrainer stammen, müssen sie nicht zielführend sein. Manchmal sind Sportler trotz des Trainings erfolgreich.
