Das ist ein grundsätzliches Problem!!! Diese Feststellung trifft den Nagel auf den Kopf! Mit 1,90m wird man DM.
Wo liegen die Ursachen - aus meiner Sicht wohlgemerkt?
1. Bei der Talentsichtung - Beispiel: Ich habe damals Steffi Storp in den Kader genommen. Sie hat die Qualifikation bei den DJM nicht überstanden. Ich war von ihrem Talent überzeugt. Traut sich das heute noch eine/r oder geben die Richtlinien das überhaupt her?
2. Die unheimliche Verletztenquote schon bei den jugendlichen Protagonistinnen. Ich bete um jede/n querdenkende/n Trainer/in, der/die in Ruhe und mit dem notwendigen Know How junge Siebenkämpferinnen entwickelt.
3. Technisch und biomechanische falsche Vorstellungen und schlechte Testbatterien; zudem ungenaue Hinführung im Kraftbereich. Wir hatten ganz spezielle Parameter im Hochsprung, Sabines temporäres Vermögen zu testen und Korrekturen im Verfahren vorzunehmen. Was - wann - wie viel - in welcher Form?
4. Es müsste einen Talentpool an Siebenkämpferinnen geben, die durch Scouts gesichtet werden. Dort müssten physisches, aber auch psychisches Talent getestet werden. Vielfach lässt sich das psychische Talent auch auf Dauer "herauskitzeln". Lasst Spitzentrainer einen Blick darauf werfen, "Rohdiamanten" zu erkennen!!!
