Heute habe ich mal wieder gesehen (und von Baumann gehört) warum ich es über den Halbmarathon nicht hinaus gebracht habe: Ich bin auch IMMER zu schnell angelaufen.
Tesfaye wie befürchtet und prognostiziert.
Er läuft auf unter 2:10 an und kann das muskulär nicht stehen.
Ist er wirklich in Der Vorbereitung Wochen mit 250 Kilometer gelaufen?? Zum einen sind 250 schon sehr viel, für jemanden der über die Schnelligkeit kommt erst recht aber absolut sinnbefreit wenn er aus einer längeren Verletzungsphase kommt wo erwohl kaum laufen konnte. Gewisse Strukturen brauchen einfach Zeit, um sich wieder an die Belastungen anzupassen. Sie brauchen noch mal länger, wenn es zumindest vom Umfang her ungewohnt war. Entweder Tesfaye hat keine guten Berater oder er hört nicht auf sie. Das er deutlich unter 2:10 in seinem Körper hat ist für mich unbestritten aber da muss er wirklich intelligenter agieren.

Es sind doch einige Deutsche etwas zu schnell angegangen - nicht nur Tesfaye, z.B. auch Thea Heim, die zwischendurch mal auf 2:30 hingelaufen ist oder Boch und Notz.
Eine sehr gute Zeit ist auf die Engländerin Stephanie Twell als 8. mit 2:26,40 gelaufen.

Ihr erster Marathon war letzten Dezember in Valencia mit 2:30:14.
