Für mich hat GFK sehr große Medaillenchancen. Und auch Gold ist absolut möglich, denke ich. 9:00 kann sie wohl nicht laufen, aber das muss man wohl auch nicht. Ich bin sehr gespannt.

Dass Jebet sich 9:00 nicht aus dem Ärmel schüttelt hat man in Stockholm gesehen. In 6:01 angelaufen, Endzeit 9:08.
Ich bin eigentlich überrascht, dass doch einige hier zu meinen scheinen, dass es ein Klacks ist, in einem Meisterschaftsfinale Weltrekordtempo zu laufen. Einen WR wird es ganz sicher nicht geben, aber ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass die letzten 2K in 3 Minuten tempo gelaufen werden, oder zumindest die letzten 4 runden.

Ergibt sich ein Rennverlauf, in dem sie bis zum Schluss dranbleiben kann, hat sie mit ihrer überlegenen Hindernis- und Wassergrabentechnik vielleicht eine Chance, irgendwo den entscheidenden Meter herauszuholen - sensationell, aber nicht unmöglich. Realistischer ist ein Dreikampf mit Ghribi und Coburn um Bronze. Glaubst du eigentlich, dass Krause, die ihre 10er bisher immer im Bereich 33:30 min gelaufen ist, eine tiefe 30er-Zeit laufen könnte, würde sie sich auf diese Disziplin spezialisieren?

Kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Ist mangels Anhaltspunkten in dem Streckenbereich auch schwer zu beurteilen. Wenn ich einen "educated guess" abgeben sollte, würde ich bei mehrjährigem entsprechend orientierten Training von einer Zeit um 31:30 als Optimum ausgehen.
Gibt ja auch nicht so viele Läufer, die über 3000mH und 10000m Weltklasse sind oder waren (auf Anhieb fiele mir nur Francesco Panetta ein). Falls die Frage wieder in Richtung "schwaches Niveau im Hindernislauf" führen sollte, verweise ich schon mal vorsorglich auf meine Ausführungen zum Thema spezifisches Hindernistalent.
