Hab mich total gefreut.
Tolle Entwicklung, technisch und athletisch.
Die Kamera steht ziemlich genau rechtwinklig zur Landeposition.
Der Sprung lag netto wohl knapp über dem Deutschen Rekord (ca.17,35m). Das ist bemerkenswert genug für einen noch 19jährigen Athleten.
Auch den Schwingboden muss man einkalkulieren.
Dem Kompliment schließe ich mich an.
Und die Rechtwinkligkeit der Kameraposition bei der Landung (also bei ca. 17.40 ... 17.50 m , einer Sprungweite, die man wohl in Portland erwartet hatte ) stimmte auch.
Was sicher ein ganz klein wenig geholfen hat, war der leicht federnde Balken (nur zu sehen beim beweglichen Bild!). Im Ggs. zu Leipzig,
mit einem auf dem Beton installierten Balken(!), vgl. Weite von Bauschke, Wester - war in Portland dies Unterstützung, die wohl in allen Hallen gewollt (?) ist, gegeben. (Von Bayers Turin-Sprung 2009 ganz zu schweigen.)
Mir scheint, die technische Qualität des Max H e s s nähert sich der von J. Edwards ----> gradlinig, schnell abspringend, ... - und wohl bald auch s o schnell die Grube verlassend wie J. E. 1995 bis 2002.
