Was mich wundert ist, dass niemand mehr in die Nähe von Radcliffes Rekord kommt. Klar ist das eine Mörderzeit, aber wenn man sieht wie die Zeiten der Männer explodiert sind wundert es mich schon, dass niemand mehr in die nähe kommt.
Paula hatte natürlich schon starke unterdistanzleistungen (8:22, 14:39, 30:01) aber wenn eine wirkliche ausnahmeläuferin wie ayana, genzebe oder vor ein paar jahren tirunesh dibaba oder defar ernsthaft auf die Straße geht sollte sie doch zumindest in die nähe kommen, immerhin sind diese läufer auf der bahn noch stärker.
Klar spielen auch andere Faktoren (männliche tempomacher etc) eine rolle, aber im Moment kommt doch niemand nur an 2:18 ran.
woran liegt das? lohnt es sich für die top Frauen weniger auf die straße zu gehen? schreckt Paulas Rekord die top bahnläuferinnen ab? warum erleben wir bei den Frauen nicht die gleiche Talentabwanderung von Bahn zu straße, die wir gerade bei den Männern sehen?
