Wenn Chantal Butzek und Lisa Marie Kwayie jetzt noch ihre Form aus der Halle finden, ist das eine absolut irre U20-Staffel. Es gab Jahre, da kam man mit 11.25/11.31 locker in die WM-Staffel.
Einen ähnlichen Durchbruch im selben Alter schienen vor wenigen Jahren schon Leena Günther und Yasmin Kwadwo aus den 90/91er Jahrgängen zu haben. Aber Günther hat sich wohl für das Studium und gegen den Sport entschieden, während Kwadwo nicht mehr wirklich vom Fleck kommt. Und Josefina Elslers Durchbruch vom letzten Jahr ist aus ihr unbekannten Gründen erstmal gestoppt.
Von der 92-94er Runde haben Pinto und Haase den Durchbruch schon geschafft, Burghardt ist gut dabei. Freese und Grompe sind die beiden Sorgenkinder.
Die 96/97er Riege hat mit Lückenkemper ein echtes Wunderkind, aber auch mit Butzek ein anderes großes Talent in der Hinterhand und Lisa Mayer zählt auch dazu.
Ähnlich wie bei den Männern jetzt müsste sich das zu einer großen Welle aufschaukeln und solche Resultate wie jetzt in Wetzlar sind kein schlechter Anfang. Mit einer 11.33 nicht aufs Podium einer U 23 DM zu kommen ist vielversprechend.
Allerdings sind die Zeiten von Lückenkemper und Mayer eine andere Qualität, mir fällt in den letzten 20 Jahren keine Jugendliche ein, die so schnell war, auch keine Schielke, Sailer, Pinto, Kwadwo usw...

Nochmal zu den 100m der Frauen: Sechs deutsche Damen unter 11.40 gabs in den letzten 15 Jahren nur einmal, das war 2009, wir haben aber erst Mitte Juni, ich denke, da kommen mindestens noch zwei dazu (Sailer hoffentlich morgen in Rabat).
