Nachdem wir letzten Herbst ja auch darüber diskutiert haben, dass sein Training nicht unbedingt dem üblichen "Canova-Taining" entspricht, ist das jetzt ein ganz typischer "special block", wie ihn Canovas Top-Läufer gerne trainieren.
