Trotzdem haben sie damals geschafft, sich zu motivieren, warum also sollten unsere aktuellen Athleten zusätzliche Motivation brauchen? Bei älteren Athleten könnte ich es noch verstehen, wenn der jahrelange Trott langweilig wird, aber bei jungen Sportlern fehlt mit das Verständnis.
Allein das "Hinarbeiten" auf den Höhepunkt DM ist ganz einfach zu wenig Motivation für die Kader.
