Auch die höchsten Meister bedürfen jener Selbstsicherheit, die sie vor einem zu harten Training bewahrt. Es ist in jedem Falle empfehlenswert, ein wenig unterhalb des Trainingsgipfels zu bleiben, als über die Wächte hinauszufahren.
Um ihren Ruf besorgte Trainer werden immer geneigt sein, vom Athleten etwas zu viel als zu wenig zu verlangen.
Es gilt daher, die letzte Entscheidung in das Gewissen des Übenden selbst zu legen.'
