Steter Tropfen höhlt den Stein!!! Man kann es bei den vielen Ausfällen gar nicht oft genug anmerken. Trainer werden nicht besser, wenn man ihnen alles vorkaut. Schauen, denken, verändern sollte die Devise sein. Nur so viel: Wer die Biomechanik nicht bis ins Detail kennt, kann im Grunde die Techniken auch nicht präzise umsetzen. Beispiel: Wer den Speer weit wirft, kann trotzdem enorme körperliche Klippen im Wurf haben. Wer sehr gut sprintet, kann trotzdem über sehr defizitäre Details verfügen, die irgendwann zu verletzungsbedingten Pausen führen. Was denken Sie, woher mein Wissen kommt? Ackern, ackern, ackern - tagaus, tagein. Für Einflussnahmen sind primär die Bundestrainer und das medizinische "Team" zuständig. Ich bin nur eine kleine Heimtrainerin mit dem Hang zur strukturellen Akribie.
Ich hatte gerade noch eine ehemalige Athletin aus unserer Nationalmannschaft an der Strippe, die mich um Übungen gegen ihre Schmerzen gebeten hat.
Wenn man alles hineininterpretiert, ist man unfähig, die entscheidenden Punkte zu erkennen. Man muss eben fähig sein, den Kern zu treffen. Das gelingt natürlich nicht immer, aber immer öfter!!!
Schauen Sie, wenn ich jetzt hier Namen nenne, ist sicherlich wieder ein Trainer beleidigt! Es gibt doch körperliche Normen, von denen einige Athletinnen und Atheten abweichen. Es kann doch nicht so schwierig sein, Ist und Soll zu vergleichen. Dazu kommen die Disziplinerfordernisse, die der Körper bedienen muss. Einklang ist eine sehr wichtige Eigenschaft.
