Mich würde echt interessieren, was da bei Fokussierung über 5.000m gehen würde. Aber sie wird wohl (erstmal) bei den Mittelstrecken bleiben.
Aber 25 Runden in der Halle sind bestimmt ätzend ...

Muir plant nicht nur bei der Hallen EM einen 1.500/3.000m-Doppelstart, sondern bei ihrer Heim WM auch einen über 1.500m und 5.000m. Da bin ich gespannt!

Der Kenianer Emmanuel Korir läuft beim Cherry and Silver Invitational in Albuquerque die 600m in 1:14,97 min und ist damit 15/100 Sekunden schneller als Nico Motchebons 1999 in Sindelfingen aufgestellte Weltbestzeit. Die Zeit ist allerdings höhenbegünstigt, Albuquerque liegt auf 1600m.

Der Jaimakaner Dedrick Dacres hat in Kingston am 21.01.2017 den Diskus 68.67m weit geworfen. Mit dieser Weite wäre er 2016 Erster der Weltjahhresbestenliste gewesen.
Seit ein paar Minuten sind die 7,14 von Rebecca Haase keine Weltjahresbestzeit mehr
